The Breakup was originally commissioned for The Jerusalem Show IV, curated by Jack Persekian at Al Ma’mal Foundation for Contemporary Art, Jerusalem, with additional support from America House, Sabreen Association for Artistic Development, and Radio Amwaj in Ramallah, Palestine.

The Breakup radio series is indebted to the work of Doug Sulpy and Ray Schweighardt, whose Drugs, Divorce, and a Slipping Image details the tracks of the Get Back sessions.
